Daily social media maintenance & animation to expose the JLL brand

Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the largest real estate firms in the world, trusted us with the responsibility of maintaining and animating their Chinese social media presence.

What We Did

We manage JLL’s social activities on WeChat & Weibo, publishing daily articles and updates and leveraging the influence of industry key opinion leaders to generate exposure for the brand. As well as publishing content provided to us by JLL, we also develop creative H5 games and quizzes that we promote during offline events.

WeChat & Weibo management

We manage JLL’s daily social activities on their Weibo and WeChat platforms, which accounts to approximately 13 posts per week. The content we publish via JLL’s public WeChat account is also promoted through Weibo and is provided to us by JLL themselves.

As well as assisting them in the management of daily social media activities, we set up their WeChat auto-reply system which acts as a customer support chat bot.

H5 football game

In order to leverage the excitement ahead of the Manchester derby that was due to take place in Beijing in the summer of 2016, we developed a WeChat H5 game in which we encouraged social media followers to pick their favorite team and participate in a quiz on Manchester culture and real estate.

The H5 game was published on JLL’s public WeChat account and promoted through their Weibo account as well as certain selected sports KOL accounts. 5 lucky participants had the chance of winning 2 free tickets each.

APLC O2O event

Due to the fact that the event was organized by JLL, the 2016 edition of the Asia-Pacific Leadership Conference in Shanghai was the ideal opportunity for us to conduct an O2O marketing activation in order to grow JLL’s social media follower base and animate the event in an innovative way.

We created a WeChat H5 through which event participants were encouraged to register, answer a JLL-focused quiz and give their feedback regarding the event and future JLL events. The participants’ quiz results and reviews were displayed on a large screen during the event.
